SAS Foundation Reaffirms Lifelong Commitment to Education, Healthcare, and Community Development
The Founder of the Saleeman Adedoyin Saleeman (SAS) Foundation, Engr. Saleeman Adedoyin Saleeman, has reaffirmed the Foundation’s unwavering commitment to education, empowerment, healthcare, community support, and innovation as the year comes to an end.
Speaking during the Foundation’s End-of-Year Address, Engr. Saleeman emphasized that the SAS Foundation’s interventions across communities in Ilorin and other parts of Kwara State are not temporary gestures but part of a long-term vision focused on sustainable development and improved quality of life for the people.
According to him, the Foundation was established with the guiding principle of “Fun Aseyori Awon Eyan Wa”—for the progress of our people—and has consistently translated this vision into action through educational programmes, youth empowerment initiatives, healthcare support, and humanitarian outreach.
He noted that the Foundation has supported communities through initiatives such as free educational programmes for young people, assistance to health centres with equipment and supplies, and welfare support including food and cash assistance to vulnerable groups. These efforts, he said, are aimed at directly impacting lives and strengthening communities.
“As we come to the end of this year, I assure you that the SAS Foundation will continue to stand with our people in education, empowerment, healthcare, community support, and innovation. This is not a one-time effort; it is a lifelong commitment,” Engr. Saleeman stated.
Looking ahead, he reiterated the Foundation’s resolve to expand its interventions, particularly in the areas of technology education and digital skills, to better position young people for opportunities in the global economy.
He also expressed gratitude to traditional institutions, community leaders, volunteers, and partners for their continued support, noting that collective effort remains key to achieving meaningful and lasting development.
The SAS Foundation, he concluded, remains dedicated to building a future of opportunity, inclusion, and hope for communities across Kwara State and beyond.
