IEYDA expresses sorrow over NCAM ED Engr. Kamal’s death
Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA), under the auspices of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Ilorin, expresses deep sorrow over the passing of Engr. Dr. A. R. Kamal, FNSE, FNIAE, FNIMechE, the Executive Director of the National Centre for Agricultural Mechanisation (NCAM).
IEYDA describes his demise as a monumental and irreparable loss to the Ilorin Emirate, Kwara State, and the nation at large. Beyond his outstanding professional accomplishments, the late Engr. Dr. Kamal was a great philanthropist, a compassionate humanitarian, and a selfless community leader who sacrificed immensely for the welfare of humanity and the development of communities within and beyond Ilorin Emirate.
In a statement jointly signed by the National President, Alh. Mohammed Uthman Jagunmo, and the National Publicity Secretary, Alh. Abdullahi Abdulfatahi Oloyin, described Engr. Dr. Kamal as a visionary leader, a worthy ambassador of Ilorin Emirate, and an inspiration to the younger generation. His resolute commitment to excellence, innovation, and selfless public service will continue to be remembered with pride.
IEYDA extends its heartfelt condolences to Ilorin Emirate Council, the immediate family of the deceased, the management and staff of NCAM, and the entire engineering community.
The association prays that Allah grants him Al-Jannah Firdaus and comforts his family, associates, and Ilorin Emirate in this moment of profound grief. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
