IEYDA begins assessment tour of borehole projects

The National President of the Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA), under the auspices of His Royal Highness the Emir of Ilorin, has commenced a strategic assessment tour of the Association’s previously executed borehole projects, beginning with Samora, Bode Saadu Community. This visit is part of a broader initiative to evaluate the functionality, impact, and sustainability of IEYDA’s community based interventions.

The borehole project in Samora Bode Saadu was facilitated and executed by IEYDA through the dedicated commitment of Ambassador Taibat Atinuke Muhammad Olowo and her family, whose dedication to community welfare has continued to yield tangible benefits for residents.

During the visit, the President reaffirmed IEYDA’s resolute commitment to community development and sustainable support initiatives. He assured residents that the existing Borehole will be rehabilitated and expanded significantly enhance access to clean water and improve overall service delivery within the community.

Speaking on behalf of the community, the Community Representative, Alhaji Tunde Konfu, expressed profound appreciation and pray for both the donor and IEYDA for the impactful intervention. He commended their foresight and commitment, noting that the project has greatly alleviated the water challenges faced by residents and improved their quality of life.

IEYDA further applauds the outstanding contribution of Ambassador Taibat Atinuke Muhammad Olowo and her family, whose foresight, resilience, and humanitarian drive brought the initial project to fruition. Her sustained dedication to grassroots development remains exemplary.
