I will not disappoint Nigerians – Tinubu
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured Nigerians that his government will not fail in building a sustainable, peaceful and prosperous country.
He made it clear on Thursday when he received the visit of members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors under the leadership of Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma, at the Presidential Palace in Abuja.
President Tinubu has said that long-term political and economic systems are hindering citizens development, now exchanging new plans to enable everyone enjoy the wealth of the country.
He also promises to continue the implementation of the garbage aimed at providing the poor and the weak with jobs and simpler lives.
“You represent the conscience of a community that wants to break the chain of poverty and cut love,” said the chief of the group addressing.
He urged Nigerians not to accept bad words of the opposition, whereas he said if they don’t see the works of roads and beds, they will be provided with visual glasses to see clearly.
The conference was attended by the top government and party officials, including the deputy president, Kashim Shettima, APC chairman, Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, Governors including those of Yobe, Gombe, Kebbi, Ebonyi, Delta, Kogi, Ekiti, Benue, Taraba, Edo, Kaduna, Old Governors and Leaders Like Aminu Bello Masari, Ifeanyi Okowa, Tanko Al-Makura, and Anyim Pius Anyim.
In his speech, former Governor of Katsina State, Aminu Bello Masari, praised the leader for the strength of implementing changes that some previous leaders couldn’t do, especially on removing the fundamental exchange rates.
Masari has confirmed to the leader that the Northwest political stakeholders are behind him hundred percent, and they will go around to check the works of the federal government to raise awareness.
Finally, President Tinubu requested members of the group to continue delivering messages of well wishes to the people at district and villages levels, stating that “Nigeria is in good hands.” “”
