2027 : Kwara APC House of Reps Candidate Abdulquawiy Olododo thanks Gov. AbdulRazaq, rallies co-aspirants, party faithful

The candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Ilorin East/Ilorin South Federal Constituency in the 2027 general election, Engr. Abdulquawiy Olododo, has expressed profound appreciation to the Governor of Kwara State, Mall. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, party leaders, stakeholders, and supporters following his emergence as the party’s flag bearer.

According to a statement issued on Tuesday in Ilorin, Olododo described his emergence from the party’s primary election as a collective victory for the people of Ilorin East and Ilorin South, adding that his aspiration has always been driven by the desire to provide youthful, experienced, and purposeful representation for the federal constituency rather than personal ambition.

Olododo stated that he was deeply humbled by the confidence reposed in him by party members after what he described as a keenly contested primary involving other qualified aspirants.

He specifically thanked Governor AbdulRazaq, whom he described as “his leader and mentor,” lauding the governor’s commitment to good governance and his belief in nurturing a new generation of leaders.

In his words, Olododo said Gov. AbdulRazaq’s exemplary leadership, guidance, and selfless service have continued to inspire many young politicians and public servants across the state.

He, however, praised his fellow aspirants for conducting themselves with maturity, civility, and sportsmanship throughout the primary process.

Olododo further pledged to work closely with co-aspirants, party leaders and stakeholders within the federal constituency, to deliver quality representation and securing victory for the APC at the forthcoming polls.

The youthful APC standard-bearer further extended his appreciation to party elders, leaders, women, youths, stakeholders, and supporters for their unwavering trust and commitment, assuring them that he would not take their confidence for granted.

He, meanwhile, stressed that with unity and God’s guidance, the APC would record a resounding victory at the polls while ensuring impactful and people-oriented representation for the constituents of Ilorin East and Ilorin South Federal Constituency.

In his call for unity ahead of the 2027 general election, Olododo appealed to all party leaders and members to join hands with him in pursuing a common vision of progress and inclusive development across the Ilorin East and Ilorin South Federal Constituency.
