AOA Charity Foundation Pays Hospital Bills, Supports New Mothers at UITH

The AOA Charity Foundation has extended its humanitarian outreach to the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH), as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable members of society.

During the visit, the foundation reached out to women who had recently given birth, providing baby essentials, clothing, and cash support to ease the early stages of motherhood and promote comfort and dignity.

The outreach team also visited the Accident and Emergency wards, where financial assistance was offered to less-privileged patients receiving urgent medical care. In addition, the foundation paid outstanding hospital bills for selected patients whose treatment or discharge had been delayed due to financial constraints.

The foundation noted that the initiative underscores the impact of compassion and collective responsibility in addressing pressing human needs.

AOA Charity Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to reaching out to the underserved, touching lives, and standing with individuals and families in their moments of greatest need.
