2027: Moshood Bakare Engages PDP Youths, Stakeholders in Ifelodun LGA

The Ifelodun Local Government chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has intensified grassroots engagement ahead of the 2027 general elections, as youth leaders and key stakeholders met with the party’s candidate for the Ifelodun/Offa/Oyun Federal Constituency, Hon. Moshood Bakare.

The strategic meeting was led by the Ifelodun PDP Youth Leader, Comrade Olusegun Adeboye, alongside youth stakeholder, Comrade Kolade Olaoluwa.

Discussions at the meeting focused on strengthening party unity, grassroots mobilisation, youth participation and the need for stakeholders to work collectively towards building a stronger and more cohesive PDP structure ahead of the 2027 elections.

The participants emphasised the importance of grassroots engagement in strengthening the party, noting that active participation by young people and stakeholders remains critical to the PDP’s electoral prospects.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the future of the constituency and the need for effective representation that is accessible, responsive and closely connected to the needs of the people.

With the 2027 elections drawing closer, the stakeholders reaffirmed their commitment to greater organisation, unity and people-centred leadership across Ifelodun.

The engagement ended with a renewed resolve among the participants to work together towards advancing the interests of the people and strengthening the PDP at the grassroots.
