Olododo hails Dr. Alimi Abdulrazaq at 70, Salutes his humility

The 2027 APC House of Representatives candidate for the Ilorin East/South Federal Constituency, Engr. AbdulQuawiy Olododo, has joined family, friends and well-wishers to felicitate the Mutawalin of Ilorin, Dr. Muhammad Alimi AbdulRazaq, on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

In a statement issued on Friday in Ilorin, Olododo described the milestone as a celebration of a life defined by excellence, resilience, integrity and remarkable service to humanity.

He commended Dr. Alimi AbdulRazaq as a renowned legal luminary and elder statesman, paying tribute to his pioneering role in public leadership as the first Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC).

Olododo, the immediate past Commissioner for Works and Transport, also lauded the legal icon’s contributions to corporate governance as a Non-Executive Director of First Bank Holdings Plc. He particularly saluted the Mutawalin for his humility, vision and unwavering commitment to the development of the Ilorin community, describing his seven decades of life as a testament to purposeful living and positive impact.

He prayed that Almighty Allah would continue to strengthen Dr. Alimi AbdulRazaq, bless him with sound health, wisdom and abundant grace, and grant him many more years of happiness, peace and fulfilment.
