Ganduje: North Will Vote Tinubu Again in 2027

Former APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, has dismissed claims that northern Nigeria will not support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in 2027, describing such views as a “big mistake.”

Speaking in Abuja while receiving northern youth leaders, Ganduje said Tinubu remains the best candidate beyond 2027, citing his belief in Nigeria’s unity, democratic credentials, and bold economic reforms, including fuel subsidy removal.

He added that power was agreed to return to the South after eight years under the Buhari administration.

Northern youth leaders pledged to mobilise support and funds across the 19 northern states for Tinubu’s re-election, while Ganduje was named grand patron of the Northern Nigeria Youth Leaders Forum.
