APC Extends Sale, Submission Deadlines for 2027 Election Forms

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress has approved an extension of deadlines for the sale and submission of Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Speaking to journalists after the committee’s meeting in Abuja, the party’s Deputy National Publicity Secretary, Durosinmi Meseko, announced that the sale of forms will now close at midnight on Monday, May 4, 2026.

The deadline for submitting completed forms and required documents has also been shifted to midnight on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

Under the previous timetable, the sale of forms was scheduled to end on May 2, while submissions were to close on May 4.

Meseko explained that the adjustment was necessitated by the nationwide public holiday observed on Friday, as well as the growing number of aspirants seeking to participate in the process.
