APC Refutes Viral 2027 Nomination Form Prices
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has rejected reports circulating online that claimed the party set fees for nomination and expression of interest forms for the 2027 elections.
The viral posts suggested presidential aspirants would pay N200 million, governorship candidates N150 million, senators N100 million, House of Representatives candidates N70 million, and state assembly candidates N20 million.
In a statement issued on Saturday in Abuja, APC national publicity secretary Felix Morka said the claims were “false, misleading, and did not originate from the party.” He added, “No decision has been made on the pricing of forms for the 2027 elections. The report is entirely fictitious.”
The party urged members, the media, and the public to ignore the viral report.
