Youths protest high cost of living in Ibadan
According to report, The protesters congregating around the Mokola area, brandishing placards bearing messages like ‘Stop food price hikes and inflation,’ ‘The less privileged are suffering,’ and ‘Tinubu, remember your commitments,’ among others.


On Monday, residents of Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, took to the streets to demonstrate against the significant rise in food prices and the challenging economic conditions.
According to report, The protesters congregating around the Mokola area, brandishing placards bearing messages like ‘Stop food price hikes and inflation,’ ‘The less privileged are suffering,’ and ‘Tinubu, remember your commitments,’ among others.
They also voiced their frustrations through chants.
Additionally, armed policemen were present at the protest site.
