You will never be declared Nigeria’s president’ – Lauretta Onochie tells Peter Obi
Onochie criticized Obi for a press conference where he questioned President Bola Tinubu’s identity due to certificate controversies.

Lauretta Onochie, the former chair of the Niger Delta Development Commission, has stated that Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, will never become Nigeria’s president.
Onochie criticized Obi for a press conference where he questioned President Bola Tinubu’s identity due to certificate controversies.
She referred to Obi’s request as “idiotic” and accused him of disrespecting the intelligence of Nigerians.
Onochie also mentioned that questioning Tinubu’s identity was unwarranted, given his prior clearances by security agencies to hold prominent positions.
She concluded by suggesting that Obi’s presidential ambition is beyond what he deserves and that he should enjoy his retirement instead.
