Wizkid teases new song with Brent Faiyaz ahead of ‘Morayo’ album
Wizkid has excited fans with the teaser for his new single titled “Piece of My Heart,” featuring Brent Faiyaz.
The song is part of his highly anticipated upcoming album Morayo. Announcing the release via a video on social media, Wizkid hinted that the album is only “days away.”
In a previous statement, the Nigerian superstar emphasized that Morayo is not an Afrobeats project, making it clear that he wants to distance himself from the genre. This has fueled further intrigue around what musical direction he is exploring in this new body of work.
Although there’s no official release date yet, the single comes after the release of *Soundman Vol. 2* and his last album, More Love, Less Ego. Known for hits like “Ojuelegba,” Wizkid’s career has seen him grow into a global force, collaborating with stars like Beyoncé, Drake, and now Brent Faiyaz.
Fans are eagerly awaiting to see what Morayo brings.
