
Nigerian music star, Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake, has said that he sings most of his songs in his native language, Yoruba, because the language is so important to him.
Asake said this in a recent interview with ABC News which went viral on Friday.
He said, “Yoruba is so important to me and there are a lot of people that understand it. And to me, the way I understand music is like it’s a feeling; sometimes you don’t even need to understand it.”
