Two commissioners resign from Otti’s cabinet
The Abia government has announced the resignation of Chima Oriaku, the commissioner for science and technology, and Monica Ironkwe, the agriculture commissioner.
On Wednesday, Ukoha Ukoha, the chief press secretary to Governor Alex Otti, confirmed the resignations.
The press secretary did not disclose the reasons for the commissioners’ decisions to step down.
Governor Otti expressed his gratitude for their service to the state and wished them success in their future pursuits.
