Toyin Saraki reacts to murder of 5-year-old girl in Kano

Barr. Toyin Saraki, The world health organization (WHO) Ambassador Ambassador for Global Health and wife of the immediate past senate president, Dr Bukola Saraki has reacted to the death of Hanifat Abubakar who was murdered by her teacher. 

It will recalled that the little Hanifa had gone missing since December last year, prompting intelligence agencies to launch a search into her whereabouts.

The security agencies made a breakthrough recently, as her body was discovered in a shallow grave in Kano, after almost two months of search by security operatives.

While reacting to this in a tweet via her official twitter page on Sunday, The Founder-President of The Well-being Foundation Africa (WBFA) described Hanifa’s death as a shock and an incident that is saddened to know. 

She prayed for the family of deceased to find strength to bear this tragedy. 

Toyin Saraki wrote : Shocked and saddened to learn that little Hanifa Abubakar, who was reportedly kidnapped from her school, for a ransom, has been found dead. I pray for her family to find the strength to bear this tragedy, and that justice is served. May she rest in peace.
