Tinubu, Peter Obi, Atiku should be in jail – Deji Adeyanju
Adeyanju criticized them for failing Nigerians, attributing the country’s suffering to their shortcomings.

Frontline human rights activist, Deji Adeyanju, has called for the imprisonment of President Bola Tinubu, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, and his Labour Party counterpart, Peter Obi.
Adeyanju criticized them for failing Nigerians, attributing the country’s suffering to their shortcomings.
Speaking at a protest in Abuja, Adeyanju, a constitutional lawyer, expressed concern over the depreciation of the naira compared to other West African currencies.
He lamented Nigerians’ apparent acceptance of corruption and oppression, despite viable alternatives during the last election.
Adeyanju singled out the Labour Party, highlighting allegations of corruption and mismanagement of campaign funds.
He accused Peter Obi of lacking transparency and perpetuating corruption, warning against fighting corruption with corrupt practices.
Adeyanju criticized politicians like Tinubu, Atiku, and Obi for contributing to Nigeria’s downward spiral, likening the situation to that of Zimbabwe.
He emphasized the need for accountability and suggested that none of the mentioned candidates should be exempt from legal consequences if Nigeria is to progress smoothly.
