Tinubu Issues Warning Against Unauthorized Access to FEC Meeting After Son’s Unauthorised Presence

President Bola Tinubu has issued a caution to unauthorized individuals attending the federal executive council (FEC) meetings, noting that unapproved attendees, including his son Seyi Tinubu, had been accessing the council chamber.
In a meeting at the presidential villa, Tinubu expressed concern over people entering and exiting the chamber without permission, emphasizing that only specified individuals, such as Hadiza Usman, Bayo Onanuga, Hakeem Muri-Okunola, and Damilotun Aderemi, are permitted during official national business.
He instructed George Akume and Folashade Yemi-Esan to ensure compliance with the directive.
The weekly FEC session, once held on Wednesdays, now takes place on Mondays and is overseen by the president, attended by cabinet members and key aides.
