Summer Lesson : Saliu Mustapha commended for educational support

The Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA) has expressed its heartfelt appreciation to the Turaki Ngeri, Chairman, Saliu Mustapha Foundation, and the Chairman Senate Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development, Mall. Saliu Mustapha, for his kind gesture of donating 1,000 bags of 10kg rice to volunteering summer lesson teachers across the five local government areas of Ilorin Emirate.

According to a press statement jointly signed by the National President of the association, Alh. Abdullahi Babatunde Salau and the National Publicity Secretary, Alh. Mohammed Uthman Jagunma, the generous donation, distributed through the IEYDA, has brought immense joy and relief to the beneficiaries, who selflessly dedicated their time to teach during the summer holiday lessons across the five local government areas of the Emirate.

The Ilorin Emirate Students Union (IESU) National Headquarters Summer Lesson Coordinator, Ahmad Aromokala in his appreciation remarks stated that Sen. Saliu Mustapha’s philanthropic act has demonstrated his commitment to supporting education and the well-being of the teaching community.

The Secretary of Edun Development Association Summer Lesson, Mr. Babatunde Mashood Edun, the Coordinator of Otte-Ballah Summer Lesson, Mr. Abdullateef Gidado and the Coordinator of Masingba-Okekere Community Lesson, Mr. Abdulazeez Olohunoje, who spoke on behalf of other beneficiaries commended Saliu Mustapha Foundation for its tireless efforts in giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of many, reiterating that the kindness has reinforced the importance of corporate social responsibility and inspired others to follow suit.

The IEYDA expresses profound gratitude for the opportunity to partner with Saliu Mustapha Foundation in this noble endeavor, while appreciating the trust and confidence reposed in the association to facilitate the distribution of the Rice to the deserving beneficiaries.
