Small Doctor, Partner Welcome First Child in Canada

Nigerian singer Small Doctor and his partner have welcomed their first child together.

The singer’s partner announced the arrival of their baby on her Instagram page Monday evening, expressing gratitude to God.

Based in Ontario, Canada, she shared maternity photos of herself and Small Doctor, referring to their newborn as her “sunshine.” In the images, she donned a flowing red dress with a matching veil while cradling her baby bump.

“Alhamdulillah! Alhamdulillah!! Alhamdulillah Robbil Aalamin!!! Welcome to the world, sunshine,” she wrote.

Fans and colleagues have since flooded the comment section with congratulatory messages for the couple.

However, the pair have chosen to keep details such as the baby’s gender, name, and birth date private.

Born Adekunle Temitope, Small Doctor began his music career in 2012 and gained mainstream success with his 2018 hit single ‘Penalty’, which won the ‘Best Street Hop’ award at The Headies that year. He is also known for popular tracks like ‘Gbagaun’, ‘Mosquito Killer’, and ‘Anobi’.

Renowned for his energetic street anthems, the singer primarily performs in both English and Yoruba. Despite his fame, he has largely kept his personal life away from the public eye.
