Skales welcomes first child with wife

Skales, the Nigerian singer, and Precious Njeng-Njeng, his wife, have welcomed their first child together.

The elated singer took to social media on Wednesday to share a picture of the child holding his finger.

The music star, whose birthday is on April 1, said he received an amazing pre-birthday gift from God.

“God gave me an amazing pre-birthday gift !!! My mama & God know wetin dem do,” he wrote.

Skales, however, did not reveal the child’s gender, name and date of birth.

Fans and celebrities have taken to the comment section of the post to congratulate the parents on their new addition.

Skales and Precious got married in May 2021.

In November 2022, the singer sparked breakup rumour after he shared a diss track for his wife who he described as the “devil”.

On March 15, Skales apologised to his wife for bringing their private life to public eye.

The singer, born Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, also promised to be a better man.

“I sincerely apologise for letting my grieving times get the best of me by bringing what should be our private lives into the public eye,” he wrote.

“This isn’t an act I am proud of, and I promise to keep progressing daily in my actions and becoming a better man in handling situations.”
