Rema clinched the ‘Song of the Year’ accolade for his chart-topping track ‘Calm Down,’ while the ‘Best Global African Artist’ title was a shared victory between Rema and Nomcebo, both hailing from Nigeria.
Davido was triumphant in the ‘Best Male’ and ‘Best Collaboration’ categories, while Burna Boy claimed the esteemed ‘Album of the Year’ award.
D’banj, the Nigerian singer, and Maria Borges, the Angolan global supermodel, served as the hosts for this noteworthy awards ceremony.
