Ramadan : IEYDA distributes Food Items, Cash to less privilege
The distribution, held at the IEYDA office in Ilorin, aimed to follow the spirit of charity promoted by Prophet Muhammad and emphasized by Allah during this holy month.


The Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA) in Kwara State has provided food items and financial assistance to the less privileged during Ramadan.
The distribution, held at the IEYDA office in Ilorin, aimed to follow the spirit of charity promoted by Prophet Muhammad and emphasized by Allah during this holy month.
The IEYDA President, Alhaji Abdullahi Babatunde Salaudeen, and Public Relations Officer, Alhaji Mohammad Uthman Jagunmo, explained that the association targeted the extremely poor and needy in five local government areas: Ilorin West, Ilorin East, Ilorin South, Asa, and Moro.
Items distributed included rice, maize, grains, and N10,000 cash.
IEYDA called on interested donors and philanthropists to join their efforts, highlighting the continued need to support those struggling to afford Sahur and Iftar meals.
