Police have arrested two Kwara Polytechnic students, Joy Adanma and Vandora Favour, in connection with the death of Adeniyi Ojo, a nightclub owner.

The suspects confessed to their involvement during a police parade in Abuja, revealing that their initial plan was to rob the victim during a BDSM encounter.

BDSM, an acronym for bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, sadism, and masochism, involves dominant and submissive roles in sexual activities.

The students had initially agreed to engage in car sex with the victim for financial gain, but due to inclement weather, they found themselves in a room.

In the room, they restrained the victim, aiming to steal cash and valuables.

They also attempted to use Rohypnol to sedate him but were unsuccessful. Upon realizing the victim had no valuables, they tried to unlock his phone to transfer money from his account, leading to an altercation.

In an attempt to silence the victim, one of the suspects placed a pillow over his face, and he subsequently became still. Believing he was pretending, they left the room, only to discover his death when apprehended by the police later.
