PDP’s Jandor congratulates Sanwo-Olu on s’court victory
A five-member panel of the Supreme Court dismissed appeals from Jandor and Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the Labour Party (LP) candidate, against Sanwo-Olu’s re-election as Lagos governor.


Abdul-Azeez Adediran, the gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos during the 2023 election, has offered congratulations to Babajide Sanwo-Olu following his victory at the Supreme Court.
A five-member panel of the Supreme Court dismissed appeals from Jandor and Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the Labour Party (LP) candidate, against Sanwo-Olu’s re-election as Lagos governor.
While expressing disappointment with the court’s decision, Jandor conveyed his best wishes for a “peaceful, development, and people-focused tenure” for the governor.
He urged his supporters to overcome their disappointment and emphasized the need for the declared winner to govern based on his vision.
Despite the verdict, Jandor affirmed his commitment to contributing to the development of Lagos.
