PDP G5 Will Support Tinubu In 2027 – Ortom Says
The G5, comprised of five ex-governors, had previously endorsed Tinubu over Atiku Abubakar in the 2023 poll.


Former Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, revealed during a luncheon hosted by FCT Minister Nyesom Wike in Port Harcourt that the G5 group within the PDP, including Ortom, Wike, and Ugwuanyi, will throw their support behind President Bola Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.
The G5, comprised of five ex-governors, had previously endorsed Tinubu over Atiku Abubakar in the 2023 poll.
Ortom expressed no regrets for their prior endorsement and reiterated their commitment to backing Tinubu for a second term, expressing confidence in his leadership to tackle national challenges, encompassing security, the economy, and other critical areas.
