In a thrilling English Premier League showdown at Stamford Bridge on Thursday night, Chelsea secured a dramatic victory over Manchester United thanks to Cole Palmer’s hat-trick, including two goals in added time.

Despite initially squandering a two-goal lead and conceding three goals, Chelsea emerged victorious with Palmer’s late heroics.

The match saw Chelsea captain Gallagher opening the scoring early with a 16-yard first-time shot, followed by Palmer converting a penalty after a foul on Marc Cucurella.

Manchester United responded with goals from Garnacho and Fernandes before halftime.

A mistake from Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic allowed Garnacho to score his second before Palmer’s late heroics.

VAR confirmed a penalty for Chelsea, which Palmer confidently converted, before sealing the win with a deflected shot from a corner kick.

Palmer’s performance made him the first Chelsea player since Juan Mata in the 2012/13 season to score in both home and away matches against Manchester United.

In other EPL action, Liverpool reclaimed the top spot with a 3-1 win over Sheffield United, positioning themselves well in the title race.
