Boateng notes Olamide’s contributions to popularizing dance styles like “Shakiti Bobo” and street lingos such as “Baddo Sneh” and “Pepper Dem.”
Furthermore, Olamide, through his record label YBNL, has played a pivotal role in discovering and nurturing emerging talents in the street pop genre.
