He emphasized that no one can intimidate him or dismantle the political system he has built, addressing concerns about recent allegations and crises.

Wike clarified that his intentions are constitutional and not driven by financial gain, asserting that he won’t tolerate interference with the state’s political framework.

The ongoing political turmoil in Rivers, linked to a speculated dispute between Wike and Siminalayi Fubara, witnessed parliamentary upheaval and subsequent reconciliatory discussions between the parties involved.

The PDP, along with promises of intervention, called for peaceful resolution and unity among the involved parties.
