NNPP is best alternative to PDP, APC – Kwankwaso tells Nigerians
Rabiu Kwankwaso, the presidential hopeful from the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in the 2023 elections, asserts that his party offers the best choice for Nigerians, confidently stating its potential to surpass both the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Speaking at the NNPP national convention in Abuja on Saturday, the former minister of defense highlighted the alarming levels of banditry in the country, particularly in the northern regions, leading to displacement and loss of lives.
He emphasized the fundamental role of government in ensuring the safety and security of its citizens.
Kwankwaso praised the NNPP’s progress since its inception and expressed gratitude for the recent amendments to the party’s constitution, slogan, and logo, believing these changes will bolster the party’s success in future elections.
He acknowledged the need for clearer party branding and vowed to foster unity and fairness among members, promising to uphold internal democracy within the NNPP.
