NLC Protest economic hardship in Kwara
The workers, in large numbers, carried placards and banners with various messages while chanting protest songs on Tuesday.

Members of the Nigeria Union of Labour in Kwara State took to the streets of Ilorin to express their concerns about the ongoing economic challenges in the country.
The workers, in large numbers, carried placards and banners with various messages while chanting protest songs on Tuesday.
They expressed their determination to voice their dissatisfaction with the poor economic situation despite government threats.
The workers are protesting the government’s failure to fulfill agreements reached on October 2, 2023, after the removal of the fuel subsidy.
The protest follows the expiration of a 14-day ultimatum given to the Federal Government to address widespread hardship.
Despite a meeting between the federal government and the NLC on Monday night, which ended without resolution, the union vowed to proceed with the protest.
