Kalu underscored the importance of subsidizing farm inputs to enhance food security and urged governors to prioritize agricultural policies in their states.

Additionally, other legislators echoed the urgency of addressing food scarcity and emphasized the need for immediate government action to support smallholder farmers and ensure access to nutritious food for all citizens.
