Somtochukwu Okwuoha, a Nigerian student at Dundee University, Scotland, has been sentenced to a 40-month jail term for threatening to bomb the institution.
The Perth Sheriff court has ruled that after serving his sentence, the international energy studies student should be deported.
Okwuoha was found guilty of seven charges, including making terrorist threats against the university.
The court revealed that he claimed to have enlisted ISIS for assistance in bombing the university and also planned a chemical attack on the city.

Witnesses recounted how Okwuoha’s threats terrified them, including claims of mass murder, military background, bomb-making capability, and unleashing a deadly virus.
