‘Nigeria very bad place’ – Singer Odumodublvck
The singer of ‘Declan Rice,’ who recently inked an international record contract with Def Jam UK, emphasized that his success in the global music scene is attributed to his escape from what he calls “the jungle.”
Tochukwu Ojogwu, the artist known as Odumodublvck, has characterized Nigeria as a “difficult place.”
The singer of ‘Declan Rice,’ who recently inked an international record contract with Def Jam UK, emphasized that his success in the global music scene is attributed to his escape from what he calls “the jungle.”
He admitted that when he openly addresses Nigeria’s issues, some individuals caution him not to negatively portray his country. However, he insists that Nigeria is indeed facing significant challenges.
During a recent episode of London’s 90 podcasts, Odumodublvck stated: “Nigeria is a tough place. I’ve told people this, and they say, ‘It’s your home country; don’t speak about it like that.’ But the truth is, Nigeria faces serious challenges. The reason Teezee and I are here is because we managed to escape that environment.”
