Nicolas Pepe leaves Arsenal

Nicolas Pepe, the Ivory Coast international, has completed a move to Trabzonspor on a free transfer.
The winger, who originally joined Arsenal from French side Lille in the summer of 2019, played a crucial role in the team’s FA Cup victory in 2020 by assisting the winning goal in their 2-1 triumph over Chelsea.
Arsenal announced this development through an official Facebook post on Saturday.
Throughout his tenure at the club, Pepe made 111 appearances in various competitions.
The 28-year-old, who had one year remaining on his contract, spent the previous season on loan at Ligue 1 side Nice, where he made 28 appearances and scored eight goals during the campaign.
