Mohbad death: Naira Marley, Sam Larry granted N20m bail
The court, under Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun, ordered the duo to surrender their passports and report weekly to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, as part of their bail conditions.
Naira Marley and Sam Larry have been granted bail of N20 million each by a Magistrate’s Court in Yaba, Lagos State.
This decision came after the two were detained on October 6, along with two others, in connection with the circumstances surrounding the death of musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad.
The court, under Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun, ordered the duo to surrender their passports and report weekly to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, as part of their bail conditions.
Olatunbosun also cautioned against direct contact concerning the case, warning that any such attempts would be documented and possibly revealed during court proceedings.
