He believed that it was crucial to make a strong decision to reposition Nigeria’s democracy now, rather than waiting for future elections.
Makinde shared this during the opening ceremony and dinner of the PFN National Executive Retreat in Ibadan.
He emphasized the importance of praying for leaders, quoting Timothy 2:1-2.
Makinde urged Nigerians to support the government in power for the sake of the state and the country’s progress.
He also highlighted the role of the body of Christ in rebuilding Nigeria.
