KWSIEC announces date for Kwara Local Govt Elections
The Local Government Council Elections in Kwara State are scheduled to take place on September 21, 2024, covering all 16 local government areas.
This announcement was made by Okanla Baba, the chairman of the electoral body, in a statement issued on Thursday.
“Plans are underway to ensure the elections proceed as planned, with a detailed timetable of activities to be provided soon.
Stakeholders are encouraged to stay updated through our public communications and prepare accordingly for the elections within the specified timeframe.” The statement reads in part.
