Kwara Reps Member, Shagaya appointed into NILDS Governing Council
Announcing the appointment in a post via his official Facebook page, The Kwara Lawmaker expressed delight, noting that he is looking forward to serve Nigeria and protect the country’s democracy with appointment.
The member representing Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency, Hon Mukhtar Tolani Shagaya has been elected as a member of Governing Council of the National Institute for Legislative Democratic Studies (NILDS).
Announcing the appointment in a post via his official Facebook page, The Kwara Lawmaker expressed delight, noting that he is looking forward to serve Nigeria and protect the country’s democracy with appointment.
“It is a great pleasure that I have been appointed as a member of Governing Council of the National Institute for Legislative Democratic Studies (NILDS).
I am deeply honored to have been found worthy of such an important responsibility.
The Governing Council of the Institute is the highest governance organ of the Institute and its principal policy- making arm.
I look forward to serving our nation and protecting our democracy in my new capacity.” The Post reads in full
