Senior Special Assistant to Kwara Governor on Communications Ibraheem Abdullateef has launched on Wednesday a tailored media campaign to further showcase the achievements of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq in the state ahead of the one year anniversary of his second term in office.

Tagged #KwaraForward, the campaign highlights the major policies, programmes, and projects of the administration and the huge impact on the quality of life, growth and development of the people and state since the Governor was sworn- in for second term.

The special campaign is expected to last for 15 days.

According to the Governor’s aide, AbdulRazaq’s superlative performance has broken down myths about governance and redefined the act of service and leadership in Kwara.

“During the last electioneering, I launched #FourMoreWithAA. We were telling the people to reelect Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for a new term in office so as to enable him to continue his good work,” Abdullateef said.

“As it is with democracy, some people expressed disagreement. Some simply said their doubts about how some returning governors end up not doing well. One year after getting back to office, AbdulRazaq has shot down the myths.

“The scorecard we are showing, beginning from today, is evident of good stewardship. The Governor has redefined the act of service and leadership with vision, humility, courage, prudence, and selflessness in the state. With his impacts on education, health, digital economy, infrastructure, social investment, and other sectors, it is obvious that Kwara has moved forward. It is Kwara forward with him so far.”

Abdullateef thanked the stakeholders, party faithful, and entire citizens for their support for the administration, urging them to be proud of their historic decision to reelect Governor AbdulRazaq a year ago.
