Kwara Gets new INEC REC
The confirmation of this decision came through a statement from the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, on Wednesday in Abuja.
President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Taiye Ilayasu as the Resident Electoral Commissioner responsible for Kwara State within the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The confirmation of this decision came through a statement from the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, on Wednesday in Abuja.
According to him, the appointment initially set for a term of five years is contingent upon approval by the Senate.
