The Kwara State House of Assembly on Thursday, 6th January 2022 has screened Amb Ibrahim Akaje and other commissioner-designates forwarded to the House by Kwara governor, AbdulRazaq AbdulRahman for confirmation.
The Commissioner-designates were screened during the house plenary earlier today
The Four Commissioner nominees screened by the KWHA are :
1 – Abdulmaliq Bashir Mopelola Risikatullahi – Asa LGA;
2- Adamu Jamila Bake – Baruten LGA;
3- George Olabode Towoju – Oke-Ero LGA; and
4- Ibrahim Akaje – Ilorin West.
Shortly after screening, The Clerk to the House was directed to communicate the confirmation of the Commissioner-designates to the Executive Governor of Kwara State immediately after plenary.
