JUST IN : Sanusi Re-appointed As Emir Of Kano
Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of Kano State has appointed Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi as the new Emir of Kano.
The announcement came after the governor signed the new emirate council law at Government House in Kano on Thursday.
The law was signed at precisely 5:10 PM, with the governor’s deputy, the Speaker of the State Assembly, and other key government officials present.
Former Governor Abdullahi Ganduje had removed Sanusi from the position in 2020 due to a personal conflict.
