According to the Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip, Israeli airstrikes have led to the unfortunate loss of more than 558 lives.
The death toll has risen to over 65 additional individuals, bringing the total count even higher, with over 2,800 people sustaining injuries.
These Israeli airstrikes were launched in response to a significant attack by the Palestinian organization Hamas, which governs the Gaza Strip. In this conflict, approximately 700 lives have been lost in Israel, with around 2,400 others suffering injuries, marking it as the worst civilian tragedy in Israeli history.
Furthermore, more than 100 Israelis have been taken hostage within the Gaza Strip, with Hamas reporting that four hostages lost their lives due to the Israeli air raids.
It’s important to note that Hamas is designated as a terrorist organization by the EU, the U.S., and Israel.
