Ilorin goes Agog as Saraki Donates N10m for Completion of Gambari mosque

The President of the 8th Senate and the National Leader of the People’s Democratic party (PDP), Dr. Bukola Saraki has donated a Sum of 10 Million Naira to Support the completion of Gambari Central Mosque in Ilorin, Kwara State. 

The Renowned Nigerian Politician made the donation during a Tafsir Organized by the Chief imam of Gambari earlier today. 

Saraki who is an indigene of Ilorin, was the 13th President of the Senate of Nigeria from 2015 to 2019 and Chair of the 8th Nigeria National Assembly.

 He was previously the Governor of Kwara State from 2003 to 2011; and was elected to the Senate in 2011, under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), representing the Kwara Central Senatorial District, and then re-elected in the 2015 general elections under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He is also a known philanthropist that has impacted thousands of life meaningfully in Ilorin and contributed to community development projects through his foundation, Abubakar Bukola Saraki Foundation.

Saraki is Currently the chairman, Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), Reconciliation and Strategy Committee ahead of the 2023 General Election.
