Representatives of an International Organization from Neitherland; PharmAccess Foundation, Neitherland, on Wednesday met with Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA) ahead of the forthcoming 8th Annual IEYDA Empowerment Programme, bid to hold on Saturday, 19th February, 2022, at the Ilorin Emir’s Palace.
The collaborative and interactive meeting which took place at the National Secretariat of the Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA) on Wednesday 16th February, 2022, centred on Health Insurance Scheme, Mechanized Farming for Rural Dwellers, Provision of Portable Water for Rural Dwellers, Poverty Alleviation, Empowerment for Women, Artisans, Widows, amongst others.
The CEO PharmAccess Foundation, Dr. Nicole Speiker eulogized the IEYDA for her developmental and life-changing programmes, while pledging more support for the Association.
The Director Advocacy, PharmAccess Foundation, Dr. Kwasi Boahene, the Country Director, PharmAccess Foundation Nigeria, Mrs. Njide Ndili, the Director Health Plans & Innovation PharmAccess Foundation Nigeria, Mr. Emeka Ajanwachuku, and the Project Coordinator, Kwara Programs, PharmAccess Foundation Nigeria, Dr. Bukola Shittu-Muideen, all commended the IEYDA, while charging her not to relent, with promise of further collaboration on key areas as identified.
The President of IEYDA, Alh. Abdullahi Babatunde Salau and the National Publicity Secretary, Alh. Mohammed Uthman Jagunmo appreciated the Farm Access Foundation for finding IEYDA worthy of collaboration and promised to continue doing me, most importantly, in the area of mobilization, advocacy and enrollment of the People of Ilorin Emirate in the Health Insurance Scheme.
