IEYDA Empowers indigent residents with items worth N5m in Kwara

A social cultural organization, Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA) has distributed items worth N5million Naira at its 8th Annual empowerment programme to over 200 indigent people, including widows and artisans across the five local Governments of ilorin Emirate.

The items distributed included; Computer system, sewing machine, Clippers, Filing machine, Industrial machine, grinding machine, POS Machine, Hair dryers, food stuff, Minerals, school uniforms among others.

The President and Public Relation officer of the Association, Alh Babatunde Salaudeen, Alh Muhammad Uthman Jagunma in their sperate remarks expalined that the empowerment program is meant to enable sustainability development and evaluate the people of Ilorin Emirate.

The Duo appreciated all individuals who contributed in making the Empowerment programme a success, urging the beneficiaries to make good use of the items given to them.
