Nollywood producer and actress, Toyin Abraham, reveals that her recent movie ‘Malaika’ incurred a production cost of nearly N500 million.
The film premiered in Lagos on December 17 and had its theatrical debut on December 22.
Following alleged piracy, five suspects were arrested by the Lagos police command for uploading the movie on their website and creating a streaming link.
Abraham, distressed by the piracy, shared her panic attacks and hospitalization, emphasizing her commitment to combat film piracy for the benefit of the entertainment industry.
