Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, aka Wizkid, has reckoned that he has more than enough musical catalogue to retire.
The singer, who turned 33 on Sunday, July 16, 2023, had an interview with Capital Extra’s Manny Norte.
The interviewer had said the last time they met, the Starboy honcho told him that he “got enough music to retire.”
Wizkid reckoned: “Come on, my brother. And we are still recording music everyday [laughs]. So, imagine how much music I have now.”
The ‘Ojuelegba’ crooner also hinted that his sixth studio album is on the way.
He said, “I got a new album ready, bro. New Wiz’s album. I’m dropping a new song next week. In a couple of days, mehn.”
